‘UNSEEN APOLLO’ exhibition at La Cité de l'Espace is extended, Toulouse, France / Jef Bonifacino

1961 to 1972 the NASA’s Apollo program mobilized 400,000 people and sent 12 men on the moon. The astronauts were equipped with medium-format Hasselblad cameras and brought back to Earth 145 film rolls containing 19,788 shots. The initial aim of these photographs made freely available by NASA, was mainly scientific and political. In UNSEEN APOLLO, light and film artifacts are permitted.
