Souleyman's story for L'Obs, France | Patrick Wack

Patrick Wack was commissioned by the French weekly magazines L'Obs to follow Souleyman, a 31-year-old highly-educated Ivorian citizen, who since his arrival in Paris in 2017 has struggled in the labyrinth of regularization. His Kafkaesque difficulties are emblematic of the dehumanizing struggles of many undocumented workers in France. For this story Patrick collaborated with L'Obs staff journalist Natacha Tatu.
