Photographer Melanie Wenger's Flying Zebra and Darted Arabian Oryx were part of the National Geographic best animal photos of 2020 curated by Natasha Daly and Ally Moreo. The pictures were shot on assignment for @natgeo for a story published this summer. The Flying Zebra is part of Melanie's 3-year long body of work 'Sugar Moon' documenting the schizophrenic story of the US exotic game industry.
