'Country Doctor' in National Geographic Society new book | Melanie Wenger

Mélanie Wenger’s work the "Country Doctor": a social documentary following a rural doctor in the French hotspot who became the lifeline of the community during the outbreak in 2020 is featured in the new National Geographic Society book that launched this week: “Inside the Curve: Stories from the Pandemic.”

The book extends and amplifies the exhibition itself by shedding light not only on the main thematic of the crisis that impacted all of us, but also on some unique stories depicting heroism and survival.
